Orleans Lot OPEN!
The Orleans Park lot is open up top. However, access to the launch at the river bottom remains closed. At least we can park and walk through Orleans now! River Rd in Maumee is also open, although parking is limited. Access to Bluegrass is identified by the sign on whether or not you can cross to Bluegrass safely.

Saw a couple guys half way across the river at ORLEANS and they were in ANKLE deep water.DBLDIP said it had changed sure did..
