Most of you heard about Tropical Storm Toledo. Well the Maumee River rose faster in 24 hours than I ever heard of. Fish are swimming in the streets! We avoided "major" flood stage. But many people around here have flooded basements and that stuff. Stupid, inexperienced kayakers are being rescued each day. Another brick in the wall.
