Damn the DNR

Do you like being a spy? Enjoy everyone hating you? Like working behind the scenes (or in the trees/behind the wood shed)? Then become an ODNR Agent! You will receive training on topics such as, "How to skirt the law and get a collar" and "Using the fishing regulations book to earn a paycheck?" Perks including a nice shiny new truck paid for with taxpayer money. Oh, and all the illegal walleye you can keep. * * * Watch out everyone! Because they are watching you!

No disrespect here doc, but what's the point of rules and regulations if there isn't anyone enforcing them. We need the dnr in order to keep the dishonest low lifes from keeping everything they catch. As long as people follow the rules, respect the land, and use good judgment, there's nothing to worry about. Now granted, I'm sure there's bad apples now and again, but we can't just assume they all are. We all know what it means to assume! Just my two cents doc. Good luck with beating dbldip on limits!

River has peaked at Fort Wayne and New Haven hopefully soon here.and start down.SOON To many years high water has made the river almost not fish able .Just like low water limits the spots to fish and the really get crowded.COMBAT FISHING at its best

What I have seen are officers with 2 foot long camera lenses and computers logging fisherman then going downstream later to see if they fisherman are doubling up on limits. Not a bad deal but it feels 'slimy'.

If they are so "Proud" of their job and profession quit sneaking around and get out there with people. They only enforce their own agenda and allow the landowners rights to be trodden on. But they are the first ones to jump on someone when hunting without permission but NEVER enforce the same rule for fishing/trespassing because all the walleye run is their cash cow. They can't hardly fill their open job positions because of their terrible reputation. Bunch of crooked fucks with a few good ones mixed in.

I've and fish by the regulations, you won't have an issue. I've watched people on Erie keep undersized fish, that hurts all law abiding sportsmen. Also, there are plenty of sleep balls who fish with too many rods etc.
how do you catch them? Got to use their tactics. I support the Dnr, fully.
