Found It!
I found this little gem about one mile downriver from where it formerly stood! After it dries out, I will return it to the Park District.
You can fish Jerome Rd yesterday you could enter from Jerome rd and park on both sides of river road down to where the parking area ends where the walking paths meet on the north side it was packed yesterday
