Great Catfishing Again
My dad and I hit the river and joined Corky and his son. Dad got 10 points and I got 14. We each had 5 sheep and 1 smallie. So that's a total of 34 fish on the night since each sheep cancels out other nonscored catfish. DBLDIP was on the lake banging perch but got down for the kiss the fish contest, and he walked a cat down for my dad to kiss on the lips. YUMMY! Corky and Ryan got a few fish too. Boy was it fun! Fisherboy...glad to see you weighing in on the subject. Hope to see you down there some night.

DBLDP,,was catching SHEEP on the LAKE,,,ugly ones too,,the best part he was proud of it,,he also keeps some white perch, says they are for his turtle,,but we all know he eats them,,,,
hey how much do crawfish cost and where do you get them?
Found a new pond for bluegills by Delta. 28 gills averaging 7.5" or so. Not bad for less than 2 hours. Yes I should take the time to catch some catfish. Might try it Tuesday or so. Lots of fun if I can keep from stumbing around on the rocks.
we always catch our own Craws ,you can catch them by hand, seine them from pools,I don't think anyone sells them around the river .on Lake Erie you can buy them ,,expensive
are they very hard to catch?
They are easy to catch, best way is by seining with someone else helping or using a net with small holes and get it behind them as you move through the rocks spooking them.
