DO NOT TRUST THE DNR

All reports this weekend were of nice jacks, tons of legal fish being caught, floaters beating lead, and the DNR being jackasses as usual.

Several friends caught limits on floaters, namely DBLDIP who crushed them on Sunday evening. Pink and chartruese were working great. He got a nice limit of mostly 22s. Fishing pressure is finally down, and this week should be a good one.

A report came to me about a man who got busted for a fish he caught the week before. This guy says that the DNR stopped him and gave him a ticket for a presumed snagged walleye that he kept one week earlier. How can the DNR do that? I mean, we all know DNR makes up the rules as they go. But they did not even confiscate the fish or talk to him on the day in question!!! How do they know? They say that in court evidence will be produced. Ah, nothing like fresh spring air, warm temps, and the DNR saying, "Guilty until proven innocent." It's almost as crazy as when Easy Limit got a ticket for "attempting to snag." Luckily turkey season is right around the corner...

It has been great out there, took your advice about going out Sunday evening and had a limit in 30 minutes amazing what you can do with no crowds. That being said it has been amazing fishing 4 limits in the past 4 days. Most time it ever took was 3 hours. Ford St is now my favorite spot hands down.

I did get checked for my license by a camo DNR officer who was on the radio, which a guy behind us later told us he was saying "no those were not the guys". I have no problem with them watching or giving tickets for those who snag as long as they have proof and do it that day. I just try to make it deliberate that i am throwing back small ones or ones I snagged.

I bet that DNR fool that gave fisherboy the ticket 1 week after the supposed violation is really proud of himself for finally catching up to the "elusive and quick moving fisherboy" a handicapped guy that takes an hour to walk to his truck. We all know how hard it is to find fisherboy!! He should have told that DNR asshole to shove that ticket up his ass but was afraid to for the fear they would make up more trumped up charges that they are notorious for doing. Who would question the integrity of the self proclaimed "Sheriff of Portage Road" Marty B, or his fellow butt buddies of the DNR, aka "Dept. Non-deserving of Respect" What a waste of our license dollars... buttfucks.
