Walleye warriors,
The river is so swamped out that it will take days if not another whole week for it to go down to a reasonable fishing level. Anyone got a boat and the willingness to take me to my honey hole? This waiting sucks. Of course the DNR buttheads are loving it...staying nice and dry in their hotel rooms. Wish they would stay there till June!
To all the people who voted that the DNR is a valuable part of a healthy walleye population I have a message: kiss my white ass.

Is that a joke I once heard? Let me see... there are two DNR agents in a hotel room... I forgot the rest but I am sure you know how that one ends.
Getting closer to the greatest time a man can have with a cold brew in his hand!
I will talk to my buddy and see about getting the boat out.
A little (lots)high for a boat now. But going to have to use 1 1 of these years. Walk is getting longer & longer. Maybe I can get EH to carry me on his back. He's alive.
It won't be long boyz. Doc I hope your arm is healthy enough for submersion. May try an exploratory trip tomorrow just to test equipment. There were 3 dudes at Orleans yesterday in the rain. Surprisedely Fisherboy wasn't one of them.
Yeah, my wife saw a boat off the W tip of the island at Orleans. Fools. All it takes is one tree trunk and they are goners. I'm trying to exercise patience. Maybe I should take Fisherboy's advice and have Eazy Limit piggy back me down to the river. And hey Fisherboy, I'm glad to see you weighing in on my blog. In a few weeks you can feed your dog a nice carp sandwich! I'll be catching all the walleye! Then again, I hear that hot pink is going to hit big this year...
Hey Doc, r u cutting on fisherboy again. Can't believe u would be like that to someone who gets 100 walleyes every year and uses floaters to do it. Thats just despicable!! But funny...
hey Bud! hope that arm's healing well and that you can get out on the river soon! T
Hey Monomoy! Am I correct in guessing this is my St. Louis friend?
